We charge just £1250.00 to sell any size of property because we believe this is a fair price for the work we do.

This includes your advertising and PR, inclusion on all the right websites (Including Rightmove & Globrix), local radio advertising, as well as accompanied viewings with all potential purchasers. Also included in the price is a virtual 360 tour and floor plans of your property

We've introduced longer viewing hours in response to the public's demand. As a result 40% of Moray Property's viewings are now carried out during evenings and weekends.

However, because it’s the same price for everyone doesn’t mean that we don’t recognise that everyone’s property is unique. You’ll also get the same prestigious service and the same attention and you’ll be treated as individually as your property, by trained, experienced and qualified staff.
